April 2022 New Moon, Partial Solar Eclipse!

April 30 brings a new moon, a partial solar eclipse, which starts in Taurus and ends in Scorpio. Here are a few things you might want to know.

Eclipse seasons push us forward for the six months; within four months, it's the placement and time of change. From today April 30, a partial Lunar eclipse until May 15, the partial solar eclipse is the "window" of time for us to make our clear intentions of what we want to create, bring forward, change, and do.

During this time what we focus on will expand and be with us for the next six months, choose wisely!

I encourage you to focus on gratitude which will help pull you out of the pits of looking at your past and what you believe has been holding you back, and get on the racetrack of looking and moving forward! Reminder, this eclipse energy stays with us until October, when the next partial solar eclipse begins. 

Taurus is about our sense of value and worth. We are focused on what brings us security in abundance. I am glad to say it also brings more relaxed and social energy; for those with brain fog good news it helps bring clarity and assists with follow-through, and with this influence, you won't want to engage in challenging situations, people, or drama. It's time to enjoy. I am personally over here doing the happy dance!  

This "window" I spoke of gives us the time to plant the seeds, bringing roots in wealth, stability, growth, and beauty. It also helps us release whatever has been taking up space and time to eliminate to grow these new seeds for our future foundation. 

It is understanding and acknowledging what we value, how we bring value in, and further building stability in our world. To create and bring value into our lives, we first must know we are of value. We must be the vibration we seek to bring in. Eclipses bring a powerful intention time! 

I encourage you to take some time from today before May 15 and write at least 3-5 intentions in the pillar areas of life. Self, relationships, health, business, finances, spirituality, and community. 

The partial eclipse is in Taurus and falls in a different astrology house where it will encourage and affect us, depending on your personal natal astrological birth chart. If you have your natal chart, you can look this up, consult an astrologer for more information and the other planetary influences.

I want to add a note: Mercury goes retrograde from May 10 to June 2, which is the planet of glitches, delays in communication, technology, and transportation, and can add unpredictable energy and slow things down for you to receive what is for your highest good. Unfortunately, it's not always what we want. Mercury Retrograde allows the time to revisit financial goals and dive back into what has been neglected. Read the books that have been piling up, and discuss how you can improve communication with your partner. Still, most importantly, it helps face the shadow side that has been put off, in the patterns created, self-resistance, and getting right with yourself by breaking the self-created restraints that have been holding you back. It's time to make the changes you've been putting off. 

Eclipses are primarily positive for our expansion but let me remind you; they are unpredictable as well. So I encourage you to be flexible and go with the flow. A way to understand eclipses, seeing it as a computer upgrade, we have to be patient and wait for the download. We are not entirely sure what it will look like after it is done, some components may be deleted or need to go, and the new ones will become user-friendly to make life easier for where we are going!  Happy Expansion!
