 Here we are again…smack dab in middle of Eclipse season pushing us forward for big change(s)!
It’s much like an amusement park ride that you were hesitant to get on. You know the type: immediate realization you have no control of your own experience, hanging on for dear life, getting a bit banged up along the way. But then, when it’s over, you realize it pushed you out of your comfort zone. You were glad you did it. Joy sets that you made it through the experience… changed! Yeah, this is a lot like that. So hang on, we have several things happening in July. This month brings fresh starts and new opportunities with major acceleration. Not only do we have eclipses happening that are associated with significant events in one’s life, we also have planets in retrograde. It is important for us to understand how all this will affect us, but most importantly, how we can best use this energy to our benefit of moving us forward on our journey. First, we had Solar Eclipse on July 2, and coming up on July 16, we will have a Lunar Eclipse with six planets in retrograde. Keep in mind the energy of the eclipses amplify the current retrogrades in how they are effecting us. “Intense” is a good word to use, but this is also a gateway of our transformation that will move us into the next level of our destiny. Solar eclipse July 2nd in Cancer: This brought all kinds of emotions and energy, with a chance for a fresh start. It has and will continue to open doors so that you can get out of your ruts or your stuck patterns. These next six months will be a time to reflect, to see what patterns are in your life that have been holding you back. Dig deep to do the work. You should expect some discomfort and could possibly need some damage control afterwards. Increase self care for ease, and utilize my services to help you move through it. Lunar Eclipse July 16 in Capricorn: It is this year’s heaviest aspect of 2019 and taking us to a new level. With it being in Capricorn, the mountain goat is reminding us how strong we are. It helps us navigate around some challenging terrain, allowing us to reflect on our goals and new possibilities. It motivates us to let go of what is weighing us down. It is teaching us to let go of people that may not be at the level of our own growth. It will push us to shed the past and let go of our old patterns. Big changes are likely. Remember, Eclipse energy moves us forward for six months. It’s an energy that is on steroids, much like being in a fast moving rocket ship with a one-way ticket. But now we also have planets in retrograde that are slowing us down to review and make sure we are doing our inner work. These eclipses are forcing us to review what we are doing, to see what seeds of choice we are planting, and if they are in alignment with our goals, intentions and values. If we are not aligned, this will cause stress, and it will break things down that are not serving us just to keep us on our path. It is putting heavy pressure upon us to change our ways, to see things differently, to try harder, press in, all while releasing what does not serve us. It is to bring a spiritual strength out of us that helps us release judgment, grief, anger and then revels our actions that self-sabotage. It’s a fast effective energy that can be very intense. Eclipse energy forces us to be cracked open so the greatness can come out. It can be uncomfortable but the new makes us humble in our process, and gives us empowerment in our actions. We will be pushed to our limits. We may have to choose a path, person, place, and we may even feel torn. But the decisions made come with the information and guidance from the eclipse energy. It’s all about changing patterns, letting go of things that hold us back. July 31 is Black New Moon in Leo. The Black New Moon is very rare and comes when we have two new moons in one month. This brings new beginnings after the eclipse, helping us water the seeds that were planted with our intentions for the next six months. New beginnings means it is time to put those goals into action. To put in perspective of how intense this energy can be, we have not had the same aspects since September 11, 2001. It can bring some violent energy globally. This can be in human actions against fellow mankind or Mother Nature such as the recent Earthquakes. Six Retrograde planets and how they are affecting us. Retrogrades are planets slowing down that help us get things corrected, right before moving us forward. It’s like God hit the pause button so we can review everything and check the list many times over to make sure we are pleased with what we have during this time. It’s an editing process and brainstorming session at the same time. Again intense but powerful. The planets also affects the areas as they fall in your astrology chart and house. It’s like a lot of hard pop quizzes to get us to grow, in comparison the final exam of the eclipses that lets us move to the next level. Mercury– July 7, 2019 –August 1, 2019 (Ruler of Virgo and Gemini) Brings wisdom we have gained to help us correct mistakes from our past. And it helps us avoid making the same mistakes again. Seeing Patterns, Re-lease, Re-do, Re-create Re-evaluate, Re-view, etc. This planet in retrograde beings confusion and complication, for it is the ruler of communication. Things can be taken out of context in any form communication, be it verbal or nonverbal. This always affects any negotiations, contracts, and money. No contracts should be signed under this influence for there is something that needs to be discovered for your own protection. Time to back up everything electronic, watch your self speak, walk away from any fight you may have and ask yourself, “Is what I am about to say worth the battle. Jupiter – April 10, 2019 – August 11. 2019 (Ruler of Sagittarius and Pisces) This brings detours and course corrections in areas of your personal charts. But, more so, makes us look at the big picture. It allows us to see missed opportunities and deep inner work that helps us on our journey of self- realization for greater potential. Saturn – April 30, 2019 –September 18, 2019 (Ruler of Capricorn) This can bring feelings of self-doubt. It helps us revisit our limits, responsibilities, discipline and authority. It brings a hard hitting reality check. This will sort out Karmic debts and bring the past, present, and future into alignment.. which is always challenging but very good! Neptune – June 21, 2019 – November 27, 2019 (Ruler of Aquarius) The planet of dreams and creativity. This will be softer affect than others, but will unveil things we need to discover. It peals the layers of your ego, to connect with our souls path and discover our deeper self. There could be strong sense of self-deception, or a experience of “gas lighting” from others. This can certainly bring about hard truths, but it helps us create and see things differently. Pluto – April 24, 2019 – October 3, 2019 (Ruler of Scorpio) This is a time of self-reflection about power, control, and manipulation that may be in our life, either from ourselves or another person. We will be forced to let go and change our ways. Obsessive or compulsive behavior with food, drugs, gambling, racism, suspicion, secrecy etc. turns around and highlighted to be seen and corrected. Just know that the more the destructive behavior in your life the more intense the withdrawal stage will be. But is time to release the control of destroying things in your life for your spiritual power and personal greatness. This aspect is seriously intense and hard work. Chiron = July 8, 2019 – December 13, 2019 This affects all mental health, emotions and spirituality. It is time to notice the signs; synchronicity for these are helping us with our self-empowerment. It brings a challenging effect in relationships and decisions. SUMMARY: This is a great time to write out your intentions for the next six months utilizing the eclipse energy of what you want to achieve, while also using the retrogrades to see what you want to change in your life with your self-expansion.
