​     Moons, Eclipses and Planets…OH MY!

I admit it! A lot is going on and the cycles of moons, eclipses and planets are pushing us forward into change.

We have no choice and any resistance will only cause pain, frustration and chaos. But, if we allow the twists and turns of life to lead us forward we get to continually witness expansion and do what our souls most desire - creating!
 
To me this early part of 2018 is like witnessing a structure being torn down with great resistance and sadness for it has many memories and it carries a piece of you with it.  When the debris is cleared away it allows a vision to come forward of what can be. It sparks motivation and creativity that brings in the new. When we realize we get to choose and manifest a new vision in an unlimited way, we feel empowered and create with a passion. We celebrate what is to come and will last for a a long time. That grief once felt is replaced with joy and excitement of the new.
 
January 2018 came bringing 2 full moons - one on Jan 1, 2018 and the second came bringing the start of the eclipse season on January 31 with a Full Moon Eclipse. A good rule of thumb to remember is that Eclipses come in pairs.
 
Note: Eclipses are associated with significant events in one’s life.
 
January 31: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Leo- Tough love
February 15: New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius – Turbo charged new moon bringing balance.
 
Whenever there is an Eclipse emotions will get all stirred up and we may even feel edgy, sensitive and snappy. This brings forward areas of healing and allows us to take a deeper look into our life of what is serving us and what is not.  
 
The January Super Blood Blue Moon (or Old Moon) brought the Lunar Eclipse in Leo. The last one was in 1982. It’s here to shake things up, such as boundaries, relationships, being heard, letting go and creating new connections.  
 
Full Moons highlight and magnify problems in our life, helping us focus on them in order to bring balance by encouraging us to get creative to fix, start something new or release what is holding us back. Don’t loose focus on the problem but stick with the solution. What you focus on expands!
 
The Jan 31 Lunar eclipse came bringing closure to the Eclipse energy from August 2017. We were given 6 months of lessons, changes, growth and endings to help our journey ahead.  Whatever the August 2017 Eclipse brought you will see come to closure.  While riding that August 2017 Solar Eclipse wave, you may have created a new vision, business, addition to the family or made relationship or lifestyle changes. This Eclipse brought memorable events into our life and they highlight where change was needed. It mostly affects Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
 
February is the only month in 2018 without a Full Moon.
Full moons are a time of closing doors, endings and letting go.
February is providing time to focus on the future and not the past.
 
February 15 brings a new moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius effecting Taurus, Leo, Scorpios and Aquarius signs as well as Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.  New wave, new ride! The reality of a cause or relationship that needs some changes will become apparent. if you are devoted to something so deep that you are at the point of losing yourself its time to make some changes. There may be  a current job, relationship or friendship that you are deeply devoted to but that is making you unhappy. This will challenge your relationship and devotion to see if it is really worth it. To truly love is to give with out expectation but if your giving is out of balance, its time to make changes.
 
On Feb 16 the Chinese New Year Changes from the year of the Rooster to the Dog. If you are like me it is time to Feng Shui the home. Each year my home is aligned with the incoming energy cycle and their influences adjusting my home environment to make it as harmonious as possible for the current year.  The year of the dog brings a grounding that helps us create the life we desire in a solid way. The dog is associated with the Earth, and helps us remain rooted in creating.
 
Planet Jupiter entered Scorpio on October 10, 2017 until November 8, 2018. Don’t let that scare you. Scorpio is known to be a mysterious, secretive, intense, and passionate sign. This energy helps us take off the rose colored glasses and look within to what really matters and what within us needs to heal. Many may seek major life changes or seek professional help with a counselor or life coach to dig deep. Jupiter defines our understandings of the larger picture in life. bringing advancement and progress. This inspires prosperity and abundance, optimism and joy as well as spirituality and opportunity. It brings generosity, honesty and deep thoughts.  It’s a transformational time, and is best to utilize this for self healing and moving on from what has been holding you back.
 
Mercury Retrograde March 22 to April 15 helps you make sure there are no weak links in your new creations and relationships. It is a time to review, realign, redo and release what was not fitting into your new vision for 2018.

This is a time to gain closure to the full moon endings from January 31. Intuition is strong and you will have clarity and focus on love and relationships, health and medicine.
 
February 16 – Chinese New Year – Year of the Dog is grounding and a time to make sure all relationships are of love and integrity. It helps us with all the changes in our life not to loose faith. Choose wisely during Venus Retrograde, with the illusions of Grandeur it brings with it.
 
Venus retrograde brings challenges in certain areas while it is retrograde that you may not know about. Venus only goes retrograde every 18 months (for 40-43 days), as it will from March 4th, 2017 through April 15, 2017

• Venus goes retrograde: 4th March (13 degrees of Aries)

• Venus goes direct: Sunday 15th April (26 degrees of Pisces)

• Venus is out of the ‘retrograde shadow zone’ by 20th May 2017 – phew! 

Venus retrograde affects ALL of the horoscope signs but it rules things that fall under both Taurus and Libra, making these signs more sensitive during this time. Sorry my sweet Taurus and Libra friends, remember were all in this together!
 
Venus rules beauty, art, social relationships, partnerships, romance, love, values, money, and financial security. Whenever a planet is retrograde, it’s NOT a favorable time for initiating anything in the area that a planet rules because our perception is off big time.
 
In the case of Venus retrograde, you should slow down and reassess what and whom you value.
 
If you have plans to beautify yourself, make a change in your love life, or implement a financial investment: STOP and re-consider those thoughts! Here is what you should think about before you decide to take any action in these areas.
 
Time to put the beauty needs on hold!  Venus rules beauty and esthetics, and during the retrograde there is a lack of clarity in making wise decisions for your self. Our emotional state-of-mind causes us to be less objective, and we then make poor decisions about how to enhance our attractiveness. The retrograde period is not an ideal time to change one’s appearance. Don’t begin any procedures or surgeries to enhance your beauty such as plastic surgery on the face, lip implants, breast augmentation or reduction and liposuction. This also includes face fillers my Botox friends. It can bring botched procedures with many regrets.
 
It is also the wrong time to change your hairstyle, hair color, (your hair stylist can wait) and not a time for a makeover or to purchase a new wardrobe. Wait until Venus goes direct to make any of these decisions. You’ll have thoughtfully reflected, researched, and arrived with clarity of the best steps for you to feel and become more physically attractive. Ride the wave and don’t make poor choices.
 
Avoid getting married or making wedding plans. You may be clear-minded about your relationship, but this is not the case during Venus retrograde because, again, one’s perception is altered. You’re not able to see the obvious causing you to miss seeing any red flags. Before you make wedding plans or run away to Las Vegas to get married, wait until Venus turns direct to get a more balanced perspective on whether your relationship really satisfies your needs and what you want in a long-term marriage.
 
Don’t start a new relationship, or break-up from your long time one. Venus rules love, relationships and partnerships of all kinds. The retrograde is not a time for “moving forward,” new beginnings or changing the status of one. Remember your clarity is off during this time.
 
Your heart is plugged into love, romance and sensuality. This is a time many explore whether or not the grass is really greener on the other side. One note to add - Venus does tend to bring infidelity into relationships more than any other time -Just sayin. You may be so attracted to someone that you cannot see the truth with the rose colored glasses on. If you’ve just met someone, just be in the now of the moment without the need to tell or announce a new relationship, for it may be short lived. When the glasses come off after Venus goes direct it removes the illusions and reality sets in.
 
If you’ve been dating someone for a while, take a breath before you make a big romantic commitment. If you’ve been in a serious relationship for some time and thinking of getting married, hold off a little longer to propose. If you’re unsure about a new or old relationship, avoid making any emotional based or hasty decisions to commit to it or end it during this period. Normally current relationships aren’t affected by the retrograde (as long as you don’t decide to get engaged or married). When Venus goes direct, you’ll retain the love and romance that was there, but you’ll have a greater sense of clarity as to whether it’s truly a fulfilling relationship.  In summary your love life can go through a difficult time.
 
Evaluate your relationship now. Love is wonderful until things get complicated. One of the problems you face during Venus retrograde is not being in touch with exactly what and whom you value. The person you’re dating now may appear more fabulous than they turn out to be. Starting a relationship during Venus retrograde can cause you to look back and have one of those, “What was I thinking?” moments. It’s easy to have a change of heart no matter how smitten you were with this person during the retrograde period.
 
Use this time to get in touch with your own feelings about a relationship and whether it really satisfies your needs. If you’ve been in a long-term relationship, you’ll find yourself becoming more aware of relationship problems. If you’re in the early stages of a relationship, it’s important to realize that whatever dissatisfaction you’re experiencing will only get worse with time. Be aware of the differences between you and the other person so that you can determine if you can live with them. Ask yourself if your compromise is worth making the relationship work. Relationships that have been especially challenging or problematic may come to an end during the retrograde.
 
Remember, your perceptions are off during this time. You can take a break from a relationship to see if this is what you desire or not. Wait until Venus goes direct, when you’re less likely to make a decision from an emotional perspective.
 
You may even notice a friendship in a new light.  Perhaps someone who knows you well might want explore it on more on a romantic level. Let it unfold naturally and wait until Venus goes direct for it may either be short lived under the illusion influence or turn out to be the love of your life.
 
Expect old relationships to return. Past love relationships and old friends often re-enter your life during the Venus retrograde to help you clear away the past to make room for the new. Oh yippee!  
 
The return of a former love may complicate a current relationship, or you may find yourself having romantic nostalgia and allow sexual longing creep into your consciousness bringing an old relationship back into your world. Remember your thoughts today create your tomorrow.
 
Unfortunately, it may not be better the second time around. So, if an old flame comes back into your life don’t be hasty. Be warned that it may not work out in the long run. However, it could be a good time to deal with any closure or you may be witness them coming clean about their infidelity. You could always enjoy them one last time or have a chance to finally complete your relationship and let go of it.
 
When old flame’s come back into your life, it’s a good sign its from a past life experience and time to sort out any karma issues with it. Decisions may need to be made on whether to go back and make things better or snuff it out once and for all.  It is time to make peace with your past and let that ship sail.
 
Not a time for investments. The natural ruler of the 2nd House is Venus. Venus has dominion over your financial activities. So, when Venus is retrograde, be very cautious about making investments and spending money.  Again, your perception is off, causing to make poor financial decisions from an emotional place rather than an objective one.
 
Often investments are inflated or over-valued at this time and will eventually lose their value when Venus goes direct. To make matters worse, Venus retrograde often produces an unpredictable environment when financial markets unexpectedly change directions which can cause major effects
 
Be careful of buying things - especially luxury items. It’s not a good time to purchase luxury items because you’re so enamored of beauty that you become extravagant and forget your budget. Avoid buying any big-ticket items such as a house, car or boat because you’re likely to overspend and find that your purchase backfires on you in some way. Either they become money pits or such headaches that you’ll regret your purchase.
 
This also goes for any clothes, and high-end accessories you maybe tempted to buy. What looks gorgeous during Venus retrograde can turn into the most unflattering outfit you ever bought. If you choose to splurge during this time, you could find yourself opening your closet while asking yourself  “What was I thinking when I bought that?”
 
How to make the most out of this time…  
Have a garage sale! Unload all the items: clothes, gadgets, artifacts, and art you’ve purchased during previous Venus retrogrades—that normally no one on the planet would want to buy except when Venus is retrograde. Make some money off any of those poor choices.
 
This is a time for self love and for thinking of what brings YOU the most pleasure in life. If old flames come back, look in the mirror of these past relationships, see where you can improve and bring healing into your life. Clear that crap out!
 
Wait a few days until Venus retrograde is over on April 15th to bring back clear thinking and insure that the decisions on important matters of your beauty, love life and finances will bring you the best results for days ahead!
 
What is the most crucial to remember is NOT to make any big  decisions regarding love, money and partnerships till after April 15th, 2017. The full story of what Venus needs to reveal won’t be totally uncovered till then which is the point of her direct motion.

Full Moon Eclipse~Seeing the truth. September 16-17 Lunar Eclipse falls into the sign of Pisces. Great time to focus on Creativity and your inner spiritual self.
 
This moon eclipse heightens the intuitive or psychic awareness in both the conscious and unconscious levels. We are faced with a bookend effect from the September 1st New moon solar eclipse to September 16th holding Mercury Retrograde between,  offering a "re" review for our path to bring healing. All this movement is part of a larger cycle that started back in 2008 (what was happening in your life then) this cycle does not end until February 2017 but this September eclipse  has the the strongest effect. 
 
It is about truth. What you have been shying away from, or unconsciously aware of will be revealed. It is to set you free!
 
Truth is necessary for expansion but at time can be painful; it brings an awakening of life that is revitalizing. It can be moments of reflection, fears, but this is to be released when faced so you can move in the direction you need.
 
If things are brought to your attention, don’t ignore them but know that you are strong and empowered enough to see the truth. This energy may also release any lingering or simmering frustrations beneath the surface. Full moons always bring high energy and eclipses magnify them. Being aware of your words, choices and actions during this effect the next few days will help you  navigate with ease. This energy takes a few weeks to simmer down, allowing you to feel the lingering effects 
 
Relationships are highlighted during this time; if there is something you have not been seeing or have been turning a blind eye too this eclipse will force you to deal with it once and for all.
 
If people exit your life around an Eclipse, it’s often an indicator of a karmic bond, or a soul contract that has served its time.  But things will not officially be wrapped up until February 2017, but what closure that you need for now, will be delivered. Understand that feelings of completion will help you find peace.
 
Smoother sailing ahead, in fact the Universe offers a beautiful and gentle energy that will bring relief.  Like a smooth path on a fresh sunrise day. (Makes me do the Jesus happy dance!)
 
These bookend eclipses and Mercury Retrograde are all about re-setting the dial to help you shed and pull back the layers that are no longer needed.  To find the truth of your soul and heart, so you can make the best decisions moving forward.

Many of you have been asking for a healing, may it be with the heart, body or soul, and this card came forth as reminder that "In the asking, it is done" and to trust that your prayers or asking has been heard by divine. The divine is the unknown, that works the miracles or magic that we witness, the angels are in abundance waiting to serve, it is for you to ask and yet the KEY is to believe. In the asking it is done. Simple reminder "don't undo in doubt what you have already done in faith". This tells us that when we believe the healing is in motion, and yet that creation of healing may come in an instant or take time, but it is for us to stand firm that it is done. Not to step back into the thought of uncertainly or disbelief, it is to believe that you, or another IS healed 

Today I believe, and willingly receive my healing, knowing it comes in divine timing, bringing a peace and ease into existence NOW!

We had a powerful, full moon November 25th shifting us from second gear to fifth gear, putting us on the highway of expansion, while reminding us our inner and soul work needs to be done before the end of 2015. Strap on your seatbelts.
 
The universe has called us into the office, telling us to drop everything! There is a priority headline project to get out – are you on board? Behold the unexpected plot twist!
 
With the full moon in Gemini, and Saturn squaring Neptune in effect, it will have you questioning your dreams and preparing you for a new road that the Universe has been quietly working behind the scenes clearing for you. 
 
Neptune is our dreams, wishes and escape from reality. Saturn rules order and structure to make sure we are always paying attention to reality.  The energy of these two planets can feel intense (I sure have been hit hard!). This can be looked at two ways: one as a boxing fight of two planets not getting along battling it out, or as a balance that the universe has provided.  It is like Saturn is the Yen to the Neptune’s Yang bringing a balance. Either way from this energy you can expect either a new beginning OR a push into old habits. Wait and watch what these planets have to teach us. This month, along with the moon, they are shining a light allowing us to find our highest truth and get clear on where we need to make decisions.  
 
The energy of these two planets makes us feel we are in a place of unknown, a fork in the road with no clear signs of which path to take. This path, like our etch-a-sketch, has been cleared from what we had designed, forcing us create a new design or path. At this time, we do not need to make these decisions quickly but should be patient to wait for guidance to show the way. Pay attention to what is happening around you and practice patience.
 
Use this energy for your highest good. See what is tugging at your heart as desire, what weighs heavily on you that you need to change, and dig in to find what will bring you into your truth and happiness. This can be hard when Saturn’s energy reminds us of boundaries of security while at the same time Neptune is sending you to the land of day dreams. Is there something better out there and what holds you back?
 
The energy of the Full moon will be with us until December 11 so take advantage of this time.  That will set your path in motion until September 2016. 
 
We are being forced to face issues we have been avoiding or putting off.
Its time to deal with bad habits, fears, poor behaviors, addictions, money spending, relationship and job changes. Look closely at what may be holding you back and what sacrifices  you need to make to grow.  This is God’s pruning time!
 
This is the big nudge to simplify and detoxify so you can get it right. 
 
Oh, did I mention that Mercury, the planet that defines your thinking process, and communication showing your work is in the mix! Don’t let your sharp edge or your active mind fuel your ego or fear during all this change.  Just saying…

Today’s Planet of Neptune offers a potential intense day  
 
I am not an astrologer. I do however receive information, with getting a spiritual tap on my shoulder about planet movements, that I need to be aware of. I then allow the channeled information to come forward, offering guidance and insights as to what can be expected, and how to navigate.
 
Neptune the God of the sea, rules over the darkest depths of the ocean and our soul. He rules the unseen world that we cannot explain and he is responsible for our ability to fantasize and create, this energy of Neptune you will feel internally, with sensitivity, emotions and your conscious awareness to this aspect. Focusing on a task can be just that, a “task” for sure.
 
Don’t be distracted from your path or set intentions by what happens around you, things may seem as a tidal wave hitting you hard and feel as if you are knocked down.
 
Neptune has been retrograde since June 2015, bringing forth truths that we had not seen. Now at a stationary position ready to move direct, allowing us to see things in a different way, yet again.  Really!?! Just when we thought we had our balance.
 
Neptune is the planet that effects our imagination, and perception bringing Illusions and delusions. Obligations and sacrifices, sensitivity, and psychic impressions, and the Mystical tendencies  - welcome to my world! 
 
Neptune defines your compassion, tolerance and patience side. Can bring forth musical or creative side. This is a great time to allow, embrace the emotion and be in this creativity. Intuitive awakenings, Songwriters delight, Artists visions, at times embracing the pain of our emotions, it brings forth great beauty. Think about it singer and songwriter, Sam Smiths pain and heartbreak took him to number one on the music charts, bringing prosperity and worldwide tours. Just by kissing the wrong boy, and channeling his pain into his songs!
 
Neptune also awakens our self-destructive behavior. – Yeah, you know that self-saboteur, the terrorist inside that we all work hard at putting to sleep. Like the crazed sorority sister, that talks you into going out and getting drunk and the next day you wake to witness extreme damage from the night before, in which you were witnessing like a watching a horrible movie while it was happening. Be aware and comfort that tantrum destructive fragment, by putting it back to sleep – deep sleep1 Neptune is going to challenge us to look beyond our dreams, our realities and the truth to see the bigger picture.
 
This is why I pointed out not to be derailed from your intentions, to keep focus through the heavy fog, and navigate to your best. Turn on the faith button, and allow your intuition to speak to you. 
 
This effect does bring good –
 
Neptune helps us understand something’s are better left as they are and we do not need to understand only accept and acknowledge “it is, what it is”
 
Neptune won’t return to its full direct cycle until March, so use this time wisely and ponder on facing your truths. 
 
This time does bring the hidden out from the shadows, what we find hidden away, allows us to come into our truth of who we are. We are given through our challenges the strength that takes us forward on our journey. Breathe, meditate, ask for support and you will be just fine.  
 
There are times, you have to go deep, in order to find the richest hidden treasures. 

New moon in Scorpio is about revealing hidden aspects of ones self.  Scorpio sign and energy is known for power, money and sex, being known as a dark new moon. This mysterious Scorpio energy reveals the truth of who we are, by stripping away perception, and ones mask that had at one time served as protection but now is the time to reveal the true you. This new moon helps you get to the root of things, to finalize a project you have been working on, pitch it to your colleges and process the feedback for seeds of expansion, and harnessing the emotions to not take as personal criticism.
 
As an animal rams a tree to shake food loose, one may feel that the core of which they are is being shaken, to continually let go of what has not been serving you and allowing room for the new fruit of expansion.
 
This is a great time to set a small intention list, to build upon, finish, or start for the following month. It is also an opening for change of those who have had a well-lived life and being called home to our creator.
 
What you may experience

• Emotions within 3 days of the new moon bring forth what needs to be healed, known as a trigger. This new moon reveals jealousy, fear, and control and possessiveness head on, reminding us that we need to do the work and revitalize ourselves.  
• Health consciousness making you more aware of your food intake, your exercise and are you allowing laughter to happen or are you to serious.
• Desire to share and be open of your deep hidden secrets and desires. Explore a deeper intimacy with your partner or lover. 
• Be a watcher of your emotions and not engage with them, for it may cause a tangle with another that you would rather not have during this time of American Thanksgiving
• Deeper learning of how gratitude offers ease and the allowing of your manifestation.

Here we are in November and what a year it has been!

We have experienced a time that has allowed big personal expansions for many. It been an intense year for most, and many changes, release of things in life that no longer serve, and quiet time allowing us to embrace the new. I liken this to cleaning out or reorganizing the closet of life. With only 2 months until the new year it is time to take a good look at life and make sure we have done or doing just that. 

Here is my intuitive sharing for November, of what you can expect:
The Universe is encouraging us to letting go of old wounds, hurts, and pain that we have been holding  on to,

Expect soul growth in the following way.

Unknown aspects or fragments of who you may emerge,  You may remember a moment from the past that merges with your soul, that may offer an integration for healing, releasing of fear, anxiety, and teaching you not to doubt your own strengths. Don't ignore it for the healing is imperative to the new year of 2016.

Because this year end energy is so intense, what your beliefs of what is negative, actually is a positive for your path of expansion. If you are experiencing an ending, remember that while you may be feeling sense of loss, it will allow your spirit to make room for the new that is to come into your life.  Many will experience a loss of sorts, making room for what is to catapult you forward. It can be a client in business. Change in therapist, or doctor, or something in the medical field.

A loved one's soul maybe ready to evolve and leaving our company on this earthy planet.

An ending of  a partnership, or discussion of ending a married relationship is possible. An animal may leave or a new animal may come into your home. 

If you are single, it is time of opening of hearts that have been closed off, and releasing the old of what no longer serves you. In relationships, having an understanding of what you have learned will allow you to be open to experiencing a deeper, intimate relationship, Learn to trust and fully step into it with the open heart knowing even that it may be for a short time. This new relationship is a salve that heals old wounds.

It is a changing of the guards. Out with the old and in with the new, is needed for out expansion, Its the cycle of life.  Don't hold the door shut to these these experiences, for the new is standing right outside, trying to open it.

November 25, in Gemini (one day before Thanksgiving in the United States) As we get closer to the full moon you may feel some outside pressure from Saturn. This may be especially noticed during family visits and gatherings. Ask others for support if you are hosting a gathering, if attending, be aware of those who need assistance. November 3rd, Jupiter forms an opposition with Chiron. This will also recur in February and August 2016. It is a time when we are hungry for meaning and understanding, but it can be difficult to align ourselves with a personal philosophy or belief system that truly reflects our core. We might be led astray by beliefs and ideas, or we might experience some form of crisis of faith. Something might happen that challenges our beliefs, and we are made aware of it through a relationship or someone's perspective. We might also feel alone in our opinions, visions, or plans for the future, as others don't seem to understand our vision. Choices we've made in the past may no longer seem wise. It is important to look within and come to a greater understanding of what we truly need or believe, rather than blindly following something that doesn't truly serve our purpose.(what resonates with you?) New business endeavors may require a closer look before pushing forward. A project may have ended and now we're feeling restless without it, or we could face challenges in relationships due to differing beliefs and expectations.  

​On November 5th, Jupiter forms a quincunx with Uranus. This aspect will also recur in 2016, in March and August. We can experience restlessness under this influence. We need to make changes, but may not know what or when, and there can be bursts of rebelliousness if we are not in touch. We should probably refrain from making dramatic changes until we're clearer about what we want.

A New Moon energizes the sign of Scorpio on the 11th. We are encouraged to move away from our comfort zone and to welcome new ways to live, heal, and transform. It's a time for taking a good look at what we may have chosen to sweep under the carpet. Taking the time to understand others' motives can enrich our feelings of intimacy, forgiveness, and sense of meaning. We might want to use this cycle to focus on and develop one special project or relationship in order to help add purposefulness and depth to our lives.

Neptune turns direct on the 18th, and many of the illusions we have been holding onto emerge, confusing situations become clearer, and our creativity soars, or at least, we are more inclined to apply our creativity in the real world. Instead of thinking of this period as a time of disillusionment, we can see it as a time of illumination--when we increasingly see the light and become clearer, sharper, and more effective in the real world. We have more faith in our own dreams and visions, in others, and in belief systems. We increasingly seek inspiration from external sources.
 
A Full Moon occurs in the sign of Gemini on the 25th, and can bring sudden awareness to our lives and a rather urgent need to know, to get an important message across, to finish a communications project, or to make an announcement. Travel and communications are in strong focus.

Saturn forms a square with Neptune on the 26th - the first in a series that will recur in June and September, 2016. We've likely been feeling this energy in the past weeks and it will stick with us for much of 2016. Some feelings of disillusionment can come now as our dreams and ideals can be put to the test. Questioning our faith in our dreams can lead to lack of follow-through or wasteful activities and avoidance of responsibilities. Ideally, this crisis leads to a realignment of material goals and spiritual ideals as we assess what is truly meaningful to us. Financial restrictions may seem to block our plans, or we could feel a sudden lack of inspiration. We might be forced to face issues we've been avoiding or putting off, or deal with addictions, money drains, and other behaviors that have been dragging us down. Sacrifices may need to be made in order to gain materially or spiritually. It's important to simplify and detoxify, but also reach out to others for support and guidance. Over the coming year, it will be important to take a hard look at our addictions, fears, and attitudes that have us chained to situations and that keep us from growing.
